Apex Party Bus & Charter Bus Rentals
Apex is one of the fastest-growing towns in the Triangle — and moving a group around Wake County without losing half of them to separate cars on US-64 is a real planning headache. Raleighpartybuscompany.com makes it easy to compare party buses, minibuses, and charter buses serving Apex in under a minute. Call 984-206-2760 or fill out the quick online form and get pricing right now.
The Right Apex Party Bus Rental, Found
Raleighpartybuscompany.com is a quote-comparison website — not a bus company, not a carrier, and not a fleet. What that means for you: instead of tracking down individual transportation providers one call at a time, describing your trip over and over, and trying to line up quotes that never quite match — you fill out one quick form and instantly see vehicle options and pricing from a large network of bus companies serving Apex and the greater Triangle area. No account required.
No obligation. Pricing comes back in under a minute.
That's the whole point. Whether you need a 15-passenger party bus for a bachelorette night through downtown Raleigh, a 35-passenger minibus to shuttle wedding guests between venues in Holly Springs and Cary, or a full 56-passenger charter bus for a corporate retreat heading to the Research Triangle Park — this site puts all those options in one place so you can compare and find what fits. Call 984-206-2760 any time, any day, to get started.
Explore Your Apex Bus Rental Options

Your Apex Party Bus With Popular Amenities
Not every Apex group trip needs the same setup. A 25-passenger party bus heading to a bachelorette night on Glenwood South comes with wraparound perimeter seating, color-changing LED lighting, a full-length bar, and a Bluetooth sound system built right in. A 15–35 passenger minibus is a cleaner fit for wedding guest shuttles or corporate transfers — think climate-controlled reclining seats and overhead storage rather than a dance floor.
Charter buses covering longer runs to Lenovo Center or a Research Triangle Park conference add undercarriage luggage bays and onboard restrooms, which matters a lot when you're moving 50 people 40 minutes down I-40.
Amenities vary by vehicle and provider, but the comparison tool shows you exactly what each bus includes before you commit to anything. Call 984-206-2760 if you want to talk through the options.

Amenities listed above are common features that MAY be available on party buses. Because we are a referral website and do NOT own or operate buses, exact features vary by vehicle, provider, and availability. After you submit your quote request, you can browse vehicle options, pricing, and available details on the results page. How Much to Rent a Party Bus in Apex?
Apex party bus rental prices shift based on vehicle size, date, and hours needed — but here are planning ranges to give you a real sense of what a trip might cost. A 15-passenger party bus generally runs $200–$350 per hour on weekdays and $250–$350 per hour on weekends. Step up to a 30-passenger party bus and the weekend range moves to $325–$425 per hour.
A 15–35 passenger minibus tends to come in lower, around $200–$275 per hour on weekends, making it a sharp pick for airport shuttles or corporate hops that don't need party amenities. Full charter buses for longer hauls run $200–$350 per hour regardless of day.
Those ranges shift with demand — prom weekends, NC State Fair dates, and peak wedding season in May and October all affect availability and rate. The only way to know what your specific date costs is to check. Fill out the quick form or call 984-206-2760 and you'll have pricing for your trip in about a minute.
Check the Raleigh party bus prices page for a deeper breakdown.

Stop Calling Around — Compare Apex Party Buses Here
Here is the practical answer: Apex is a suburb, which means most of the venues your group is heading to — Lenovo Center, Red Hat Amphitheater, Carter-Finley Stadium, the Glenwood South bar district — are 20 to 35 minutes away on US-64 or I-40. Coordinating separate cars for a group of 20 or 30 people across that drive, through pre-event traffic, and back again late at night is genuinely painful. One bus solves every piece of that at once.
Raleighpartybuscompany.com makes finding that bus fast. The site pulls options from a large network of transportation providers serving Wake County and the Triangle, so you are never limited to a single fleet. Compare vehicles side by side, see pricing, and move forward — all without creating an account or sitting on hold.
A support team is available every day of the year at 984-206-2760 to answer questions and put together a custom package around your exact headcount, date, and itinerary. There is no obligation to book when you call, and the quote takes about a minute.
Group Transportation Services in Apex
From airport transfers at RDU to prom nights, wedding shuttles, concert runs to Raleigh, and everything in between — Raleighpartybuscompany.com covers every reason an Apex group needs a bus. Here is a closer look at the most common trips, and what to know about each one before you book.

Apex Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU) (1000 Trade Dr, Morrisville, NC 27560) sits roughly 15 miles northeast of Apex — about a 20-minute drive under normal conditions, but US-64 East toward I-540 can stack up badly during weekday morning departures between 6 and 9 a.m. For a group flying out together, coordinating multiple cars to the airport and then sorting out long-term parking across Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 adds real cost and real stress. Parking at RDU ranges from about $14.50 per day in the Economy lot to $34 per day in the Premier deck depending on which you choose, so even five cars on a week-long trip adds up fast.
An Apex airport shuttle bus loads everyone at one address and heads straight to whichever terminal your airline uses — Terminal 1 serves Southwest, Alaska, Avelo, Breeze, and Sun Country; Terminal 2 serves American, Delta, United, and the international carriers — and drops your group curbside at Departures. Pickup on the return works the same way: gather at baggage claim, confirm the group is together, and the bus comes to the commercial vehicle lane. Check the RDU airport shuttle guide for detailed pickup procedures before your travel day.
Call 984-206-2760 to get airport shuttle pricing for your group.

Apex Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
Glenwood South in Raleigh is the go-to destination for Triangle bachelorette nights — a walkable strip of bars, rooftop patios, and late-night spots running along Glenwood Avenue between Peace Street and the I-440 beltline. The problem from Apex: it's a straight shot up US-64 to I-440, but getting back at 1 or 2 a.m. means either surge pricing on rideshares or asking someone in your own group to stay sober and drive. Neither option is a good one.
An Apex bachelorette party bus picks everyone up at one address, handles the Glenwood South run, and stays staged for the whole night so bar-hopping between stops doesn't require calling a car every hour. Party buses in the 20–30 passenger range come with LED lighting, a sound system, and perimeter seating — the celebration is rolling from the first pickup. For groups of 12–16 going for a more intimate vibe, a Sprinter limo keeps the energy right without needing a full party bus.
Call 984-206-2760 and get pricing for your specific date in about a minute.

Apex Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
A party bus arrival is one of the most memorable parts of a Sweet 16 or quinceañera — and Apex families planning those celebrations have no shortage of venue options across Wake County. Whether the reception is at a banquet hall in Cary, a ballroom in North Raleigh, or an event space in Fuquay-Varina, a birthday party bus rental from Apex gets the guest list there together and keeps the evening on schedule.
For adult milestone birthdays heading to a dinner in North Hills or a late night on Fayetteville Street, a 20–25 passenger party bus covers a group of that size cleanly — no splitting up, no one getting turned around on unfamiliar Raleigh one-way streets. A 20-passenger party bus runs $275–$350 per hour on weekends. An 18-passenger party bus comes in at $275–$400 per hour on weekends.
Use the online form to check availability on your date, or call 984-206-2760 any time.

Apex Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Almost every major concert venue serving the Triangle is 25–35 minutes from Apex, and each one comes with its own parking headache. Lenovo Center (1400 Edwards Mill Rd, Raleigh, NC 27607) hosts stadium-level shows from touring artists — parking lots surrounding the arena run $20–$40 per event and fill up 90 minutes before doors. Red Hat Amphitheater (500 S McDowell St, Raleigh, NC 27601) is a nearly 6,000-capacity outdoor venue right in downtown Raleigh where street parking disappears early and the nearest decks charge $15–$25 for the night.
Coastal Credit Union Music Park at Walnut Creek holds 20,000 and generates massive southbound I-40 congestion after shows end.
An Apex concert bus rental sidesteps all of it. Your group loads in Apex, rides together, and gets dropped at the venue entrance. After the show, the bus is staged and ready — no hunting for a rideshare in a crowd of thousands at midnight.
Read more in the guides to Red Hat Amphitheater bus rentals and Coastal Credit Union Music Park transportation. Call 984-206-2760 to lock in your date.

Apex Corporate Event Transportation
Research Triangle Park stretches across 7,000 acres between Apex, Cary, Durham, and Morrisville — and moving a team between an Apex office and a conference, team dinner, or RTP campus meeting without burning half the afternoon on I-40 logistics takes planning. A corporate charter bus rental out of Apex loads your team at the office, handles the drive, and keeps everyone together so the agenda starts at the venue instead of in a parking lot.
For larger corporate events at the Raleigh Convention Center (500 S Salisbury St, Raleigh, NC 27601), a 40–56 passenger charter bus makes sense: undercarriage bays handle presentation materials and luggage, onboard restrooms eliminate roadside stops, and the drop-off at the Salisbury Street entrance keeps your group out of the downtown parking deck scramble. A 15–35 passenger minibus is the right fit for executive team transfers or off-site dinners in Cary or North Hills — quiet, climate-controlled, and easy to stage at a hotel loading zone. Call 984-206-2760 to get a corporate rate quote any day of the year.

Apex Private Event Transportation Services
Family reunions, church retreats, neighborhood block party shuttles, and large milestone gatherings in Apex all share one logistical problem: herding a group of 30, 50, or 80 people from multiple pickup addresses to a single venue without losing anyone to traffic or late arrivals. A private event charter bus rental from Apex consolidates that entirely — one or two buses, a defined pickup window, and everyone arrives at the same time.
The NC State Fair at the State Fairgrounds (1025 Blue Ridge Rd, Raleigh, NC 27607) runs for 11 days each October and draws close to a million visitors. Parking on the fairgrounds fills early, shuttle buses run from remote lots, and US-1 southbound backs up for miles on peak weekend days. A private bus from Apex drops your group at the fairgrounds entrance and picks up at a set time — no lot-hunting, no shuttle wait.
Check the NC State Fair bus rental guide for current parking and drop-off details. Call 984-206-2760 to get a quote.

Apex Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Apex High School and nearby schools including Apex Friendship and Middle Creek all hold proms in the late April–May window — and every one of them lands within the same 4–6 week stretch when party bus demand across Wake County spikes hard. A group that waits until March to book is often looking at higher rates or no availability in the vehicle they wanted. For prom: book by December or January to get better rates and your first-choice bus.
Raleighpartybuscompany.com makes it easy to compare Apex prom party bus options — different sizes, different amenities, different price points — all in one place without calling around. A 28-passenger party bus is a strong fit for a typical prom group of 20–25 and runs $275–$375 per hour on weekends. Homecoming runs similarly tight on availability in October.
Get your date locked in early — call 984-206-2760 now.

Apex School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Teachers and event coordinators planning field trips or school group outings from Apex can compare charter bus and minibus options through Raleighpartybuscompany.com without calling multiple carriers or waiting on callbacks. A 40–56 passenger charter bus handles most standard school group sizes and includes overhead bins for bags, a PA system, and climate control — which matters on a warm October morning heading to the North Carolina Museum of Natural Sciences (11 W Jones St, Raleigh, NC 27601) or a spring trip to Pullen Park (520 Ashe Ave, Raleigh, NC 27606).
For student-athlete teams traveling to away competitions across the Triangle — WakeMed Soccer Park in Cary, a swim meet at Triangle Aquatic Center, or a track meet at Dorton Arena — a school event bus rental out of Apex keeps the team together and on schedule. ADA-accessible vehicles are available through the network; just note it when you request your quote. Call 984-206-2760 to get options for your school group.

Apex Sporting Event Transportation
Lenovo Center hosts Carolina Hurricanes games and major college basketball events — and the parking situation around Edwards Mill Road on game nights is well-known to Triangle locals. The surface lots surrounding the arena charge $20–$40 per event, they fill 90 minutes before puck drop, and the post-game exit on Wade Avenue toward I-440 can easily add 45 minutes to your drive home to Apex. A charter bus from Apex to Lenovo Center drops your group at the arena entrance, stages nearby, and has everyone back in Apex well before that traffic clears.
Carter-Finley Stadium (4600 Trinity Rd, Raleigh, NC 27607) sits adjacent to Lenovo Center and hosts NC State Wolfpack football — 56,919-seat capacity, with Blue Ridge Road and Trinity Road closing partially during large games. A 40–56 passenger charter bus handles a full tailgate group in one vehicle. For smaller groups heading to a Carolina Mudcats game at Five County Stadium in Zebulon or a Wake Forest match at WakeMed Soccer Park in Cary, a minibus is the right size.
Check the guides to Lenovo Center bus rentals and Carter-Finley Stadium transportation for drop-off specifics. Call 984-206-2760 to get your group's date on the calendar.

Apex Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Apex and the surrounding towns — Holly Springs, Fuquay-Varina, Cary, Morrisville — are packed with wedding venues, and the gaps between ceremony sites, hotel blocks, and reception halls are rarely walkable. Guests flying into RDU, staying at a hotel on Cary Towne Boulevard, and heading to a barn venue on a two-lane road outside Apex need a clear transportation plan, or the timeline falls apart by the cocktail hour.
A wedding shuttle bus rental from Apex stages at the hotel block, runs guests to the ceremony on a set schedule, and loops back for the reception drop-off and late-night return — all without asking any guest to navigate an unfamiliar road in formal wear. A 15–35 passenger minibus works cleanly for most wedding guest shuttles; a 40–56 passenger charter bus handles larger guest counts or venues more than 30 miles out. For the bridal party, a 14-passenger Sprinter limo gives the right look and enough room for everyone to ride together.
Call 984-206-2760 to discuss a custom wedding transportation package.

Apex Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
The Triangle's winery and brewery scene has expanded well beyond Raleigh proper — and a lot of the best stops are scattered across Wake and Chatham Counties in ways that make driving between them genuinely impractical for a group. Cloer Family Vineyards (8624 Castlebury Rd, Apex, NC 27523) is right in Apex itself, making it a natural first stop. From there, the tour can extend to Southern Peak Brewery in downtown Apex, then west toward Chatham County's wine corridor — FireClay Cellars is about 35 minutes away, and the drive along Old US-1 passes several smaller operations.
A winery tour bus rental from Apex means nobody in the group has to track turns between rural vineyard roads or think about the drive back at the end of the night. Everyone stays together, every stop is covered, and the return to Apex is handled. A 20–28 passenger party bus fits most tour groups; a minibus works for smaller groups.
Call 984-206-2760 to build a custom itinerary around your group's stops.

How much does a party bus cost in Apex?
Apex party bus rental prices vary based on vehicle size, date, and hours. As a planning reference: a 15-passenger party bus runs roughly $200–$350 per hour on weekdays and $250–$350 on weekends. A 25-passenger party bus runs $250–$375 per hour on weekends.
A 40–56 passenger charter bus comes in at $200–$350 per hour regardless of day. Pricing shifts with demand — especially around prom season, the NC State Fair, and peak fall wedding weekends. The fastest way to know exactly what your trip costs is to fill out the quick form or call 984-206-2760.
What is the best bus size for a group of 20–30 people from Apex?
A 25-passenger party bus or 28-passenger party bus is the sweet spot for most groups in that range heading out from Apex. Both sizes fit comfortably without excess empty seats, and they're the most common choice for bachelorette nights on Glenwood South, birthday runs to downtown Raleigh, and group outings to Lenovo Center. If the trip is a corporate shuttle or wedding guest transfer rather than a celebration, a 15–35 passenger minibus is often a better fit — more storage, quieter ride, similar pricing.
How far is Apex from Lenovo Center and how does that affect my bus booking?
Lenovo Center is approximately 18 miles from downtown Apex — about 25–35 minutes depending on traffic on I-540 and Wade Avenue. On game nights and major concert dates, the lots around Edwards Mill Road fill 60–90 minutes before the event and the post-show exit toward I-440 can tack on 30–45 minutes. A charter bus from Apex arrives as a group, drops at the arena entrance, and picks up after the event without anyone waiting in a rideshare queue.
It also means your departure time is fixed and predictable rather than subject to surge pricing at midnight.
Can I book a one-way bus from Apex to RDU?
Yes — one-way airport transfers are a standard option through the network. A one-way run from Apex to RDU for a group beats splitting into multiple cars and paying long-term parking for several days. Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 at RDU have separate curbside drop-off zones, so confirm your terminal with your airline before the trip so the bus goes to the right place.
Call 984-206-2760 to get one-way pricing for your travel date.
Are charter buses allowed at all venues near Apex?
Most major venues in the Triangle have designated commercial vehicle loading zones or bus parking areas. Lenovo Center, Carter-Finley Stadium, WakeMed Soccer Park, and the NC State Fairgrounds all accommodate charter buses, though the specific drop-off point and approach road varies by event. Red Hat Amphitheater is in downtown Raleigh, where a bus drops at street-level and stages on nearby blocks.
Before your trip, check the venue's official parking and transportation page for current event-specific rules — these do change for large shows and peak events.
How far in advance should I book?
For most Apex trips — birthday outings, bar crawls, standard weekend events — two to four weeks of lead time is workable, though earlier always means better availability and pricing. For prom and homecoming, book by December or January; demand across Wake County spikes hard and the buses you want book out early. Fall wedding weekends in September and October, NC State Fair dates, and major concert nights at Lenovo Center or Coastal Credit Union Music Park also move fast.
The earlier you lock in your date, the more options you'll have. Call 984-206-2760 right now to check what's available for your specific date.
Popular Apex Party Bus Destinations
Most Apex group trips head toward Raleigh or somewhere along the US-64 and I-540 corridor. Here are six of the most common destinations — with the logistical details that matter before you go.

Lenovo Center
Lenovo Center (1400 Edwards Mill Rd, Raleigh, NC 27607) is home to the Carolina Hurricanes and hosts major touring concerts year-round. The arena seats roughly 18,500 for hockey, with capacity for concerts varying by stage configuration. Surface lots around the arena charge $20–$40 per event and are gone well before puck drop on sellout nights.
Wade Avenue, which connects the arena to I-440, backs up badly post-event — easily 30–40 minutes to clear on a sold-out night. A charter bus from Apex drops at the arena entrance and has a staged pickup ready when the game ends, so your group skips the post-event traffic entirely. Check the Lenovo Center transportation guide for adjacent venue logistics.
Call 984-206-2760 to book.

Carter-Finley Stadium
Carter-Finley Stadium (4600 Trinity Rd, Raleigh, NC 27607) holds 56,919 for NC State Wolfpack football and sits directly adjacent to Lenovo Center off Blue Ridge Road. On high-attendance home games, Trinity Road and Blue Ridge Road see partial closures, tailgate parking sells out, and the I-40/I-440 interchange west of the stadium becomes a parking lot after the final whistle. The walk from remote parking to the stadium gate can run 20–30 minutes.
A charter bus handles a full tailgate group in one vehicle, drops near the stadium entrance, and stages in a designated lot. Read the full breakdown at the Carter-Finley Stadium bus rental guide before game day.

Red Hat Amphitheater
Red Hat Amphitheater (500 S McDowell St, Raleigh, NC 27601) is a nearly 6,000-capacity outdoor venue in the heart of downtown Raleigh, one block from the convention center. Street parking in the area runs $15–$25 in private lots on show nights and fills within walking distance by early evening. The venue is surrounded by one-way streets and the City Plaza pedestrian zone, which limits vehicle access on the south side.
A party bus from Apex drops your group on S McDowell Street steps from the entrance, stays staged on a nearby block, and picks up immediately after the show — no rideshare queue, no parking deck. More details at the Red Hat Amphitheater bus rental guide.

Coastal Credit Union Music Park at Walnut Creek
Coastal Credit Union Music Park at Walnut Creek (3801 Rock Quarry Rd, Raleigh, NC 27610) is a 20,000-capacity amphitheater on the southeast side of Raleigh — the opposite end of the city from Apex. The drive crosses the full width of Raleigh on US-64 or I-40 East, and post-show traffic on Rock Quarry Road toward I-440 South can add 45 minutes to the ride home on a sold-out summer night. On-site parking runs $25–$40.
A bus from Apex takes the wheel for the whole round trip, so the post-show wait is the bus pulling up — not you circling a lot. See the Coastal Credit Union Music Park transportation guide for current parking details.

WakeMed Soccer Park
WakeMed Soccer Park (101 Soccer Park Dr, Cary, NC 27511) is the home of the North Carolina Courage and NC State soccer programs, and it hosts youth tournament weekends that draw hundreds of teams from across the Southeast. The park is about 10 miles from downtown Apex off Tryon Road in Cary — manageable normally, but tournament weekends pack Soccer Park Drive and the surrounding surface lots with vehicles from early morning. For youth sports groups, school teams, or family groups attending a Courage match, a charter bus to WakeMed Soccer Park consolidates the caravan into one vehicle, handles parking entirely, and drops the group at the stadium gates rather than the far end of a full lot.

Cloer Family Vineyards
Cloer Family Vineyards (8624 Castlebury Rd, Apex, NC 27523) is one of the few destination venues you don't have to leave Apex to reach — a family-run, working vineyard right in town, off a two-lane road on the west side of the community. It's a natural anchor for a multi-stop winery tour that extends west toward Chatham County or east toward the brewery scene in Cary and Morrisville. The parking area at Cloer Family Vineyards handles standard passenger vehicles easily but gets tight with multiple large groups on event weekends.
An Apex winery tour bus rental loads the group at one address, covers every stop on the itinerary, and brings everyone home without anyone tracking turns on rural county roads after dark. Call 984-206-2760 to build a custom route.
